Gig Buddies Cymru helps to reduce loneliness by matching adults with a learning disability (and autistic adults) with a volunteer who shares the same interests, so they can enjoy social activities together. Together, we can tackle social isolation and build a more inclusive, connected society – one friendship at a time.
